Due to high demand, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email and we will assist you with an exchange or provide store credit.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to the unique nature of our items, replacement may not always be possible. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please reach out to us via email.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging.
Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange; unfortunately, sale items and mystery items do not qualify.

To return your product, please mail it to: PO Box 1800 Jacksonville, OR 97530. Prior to mailing, please contact us via email with information regarding your exchange or credit.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.

You can also add a few pieces of chalk to absorb any moisture and prevent tarnishing. Store your jewelry pieces separately to avoid scratching and tangling.

- Avoid harsh chemicals like sulfates found in hairsprays, shampoos, lotions, and perfumes, as they can cause tarnishing. Remember to put on your silver jewelry after you're completely dressed and remove it before using lotions or makeup to prevent contact with harmful chemicals.
- Clean your sterling silver jewelry at the first sign of tarnishing to maintain its luster. Waiting until it's significantly tarnished can make it challenging to restore its original appearance.
